Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti praised his team’s strong defense despite playing together for the first time in the 3-2 win at Manchester City and stressed that he will not be careless in สมัคร ufabet กับเรา รับโบนัสทันที the second leg.

Madrid have problems in defence, missing Eder Militao, David Alaba, Lucas Vazquez, Dani Carvajal and Antonio Rudiger, forcing them to drop Federico Valverde and Aurelien Chuameni to play alongside Raul Asensio and Ferland Mendy.

Although the back four of Real Madrid had never played together before, they managed to resist Man City’s attacks well on several occasions before eventually turning the tables and winning 3-2 with Jude Bellingham’s stoppage-time winner.

Ancelotti said after the game:  “We are a good defensive team. The four defenders have never played together before, or to be more precise, have never trained together. But they played well because everyone worked together defensively.”

“We didn’t deserve to be 2-1 down, we were dangerous and defended well. In the end we got a deserved win. We have to stay calm. It’s only the first game. Anything can happen at the Bernabeu. This win gives us confidence, but we have to prepare for the second game.”

“We have a little bit of an advantage but we haven’t won yet. It was a good game for us and we are happy. We had a lot of chances and Man City also caused us problems.”
